| Hello! I can understand that you are irritated by such a situation. There was a time when I was a member of the board here along with a friend and we CLEARLY specified that the security guard sitting at the reception desk speak English. At the time all notices put up in this building were also bilingual.I understand and sympathize with you, since you are not the only non-Polish speaking resident in this building and you have the right to know what is going on (besides emergency situations). I would suggest you write to the administrator and let them know. You can also get in touch with me if you need help, I will be glad to do so. | Greet all.
I‘m foreigner, and I live here just few weeks. Recently I had problem for a communicate with anybody from security staff. Only one guy use english fluently, but he didn’t at work in this day. However I tried to speak, for a moment, with nice old gray hair man. But realized that, he did not speak english at all. He tried me translate something by his hand. But I do not understand him. This is a very irritate situation, I must leave him, and search help somewhere ells. It is possible to make something with this problem?  |
